It's a bit hard to tell, your photos aren't the greatest, but they both look blue and colourful to me, so that means you've got two males.

Female dwarf gouramis are a duller, silvery colour.

They're definitively both males. If you are looking to keep males and females together, try go get trios (1 male: 2 females) so the hassling by the male can be divided over 2 females and each one gets a break.
