Sexing Featherfin Catfish?

I just got thinking about my fish and started to wonder what sex my plec and featherfin catfish are? Is there a way of telling male from female in featherfin cats? Cheers, Joemuz

for males there is a small pore infront of the poop shoot and in females its all puffy and picky colored

Mine has a small extention to his "poop shoot" if thats what you want to call it!
Could that mean hes (call him he for now) a male??
