Sexing Corydoras

Hi, I am new to corys, i have four, 1 bronze, 1 peperred, 1 panda and 1 unknown species. Firstly, how do you sex them and is it different for different species, secondly will only a panda mate with a panda etc?

If the age is the same, female corys will be bigger than the males. Your bronze corys will look like this if they are mature:

The female is the one on the bottom.

It's always best to have more than one of each species of cory because they are schooling fish. While they are able to live alone, you will see the difference in their behavior when there several of them together.
