Sexing Bristlenose?

Today i bought two little albino bristlenose's there about 1" and a half and went straight onto my rocks with algae. How do i sex them?

as they get older and grow bigger the males have long bristles on the front of the face and mouth. the females have bristles too but they stay really short.

Yep - it'll probably take a few months to sex them, as females often get bristles around the lip, and males take longer for them to fully develop. Some males remain a bit more female looking if there's another "dominant" male in the tank.

ok thanks they have no bristles yet. and are both the same size. how often do you advise to put in algea wafers? as there munching on algea at the moment would you advise every other day? Also how big will they be when able to sex?

I would daily feed, the algae just inst enough.
