so i have goldfish in a 50 gallon pond and i was wondering will they breed which ones are male and female and the pond has about 6 goldfish and 1 koi who i think has started to think its a goldfish
ill try and get side pics their happy to be handled because i have to move them from pond to pond so the birds that live above my main pond wont eat them one of my goldfish even likes being touched he or she swims into my hand

their breed happily when it warm usually over 20C for 2-3 weeks.

Males grow breeding tubicals on their gills and pectoral fins, they sometimes look like white spot but it's harmless ;)
Females are generally fatter as well, especially when warm.

You need at least 50 galons for each goldie so youre massively overstocked. That aside, males have white pimples called tubercles that appear on the gill covers and can spread to the front fins when in breeding condition. The females are just plumper.
There is no secret to breeding, just let nature take its course and if you have a male and female then eggs will appear, usually spring to summer time.
In such a small pond if any eggs were laid they would probably fast become fish food
