Setting Up C-360's

I got in my Marineland C-360's and was wondering what kind of media you guys set them up with. It has the foam, carbon, bioballs, and ceramics. I was planning on removing the carbon and replacing that with ceramics, or bioballs. Also do you guys leave in the foam?

No need for the carbon; keep it just in case. A lot of people just do not use those plastic bio-balls and replace them with more ceramic media. If you mean the polishing pad by "foam" then you can leave it in there and it might catch a lot of fine debris and clog up in a couple of weeks. The sponge itself will catch a lot of debris on its own but the polishing pad won't hurt.
