serpaes and bettas?

i dont like putting any sort of fast moving fish with betta's tetras/barbs or whatever...its your choice tho.

I've never kept serpaes, but I've heard that they're notorious fin nippers.

I've learned my lesson a couple of times trying to keep bettas in community tanks with fish other than ottos, corys, and maybe an ADF.

Sooner, or later the bettas fins get messed up or shredded.

i keep my betta with lemon tetras and neon tetras and they all seem happy to me

my betta was in the tank first....i think. either that or i put them in at the same time.

I put my betta in my big (55g) tank for 30 seconds and the serpaes and one cichlid were on him in no-time.
