Could I have six of each of these fish in a 29 gallon aquarium?

yes this shouldnt be a problem but keep an eye on the tiger barbs as they are aggressive fish but in shoals they are better beahved!

Both of those fish are fin nippers. With a tank that size, you might want to choose one or the other.
