Serpae Tetra With A White Bump On Its Nose/forehead

its just a tiny little off white lump thats spherical, looks almost like the head of a spot you would get on your face, hes the only fish with it too so its a bit weird im not sure what it is help lol.

well it seems to have knocked it off now, it must have been soft, didnt look like a cauliflower only small, looked smooth and like a off white pimple, i can kind of see a mark where it was on the fish but its very hard to tell lol they are small, no red in it at all, surprising as the fish are quite red

Ok, just add some melafix where it come off dosn't get infected.
