Hello,
I am noticing that one serpae tetra in my school is really fat and cone like, compared to the other ones. She (I think at least she is a she) is also staying apart from the others, and anybody that tries to come near her is being chased away.
I wondered whether she is that heavy and showing this behaviour because she is ready to lay eggs? If so, what should I do as I don't want to loose the eggs, and I guess they will be eaten by my other fish?
My tank is a planted one (vallisneria and amazonicas) with bogwood and rocks and contains cories, and gouramies apart from the serpaes.
