YEEEEEAAAAHHHHHH, this morning i finally got my Bichir to eat from my hand. Oh it was so awesome.

havent tried mine yet as hes in the timid tank<bunch of pansies
he aready reconises me evry time i walk in the room he pokes his nose out the cave and comes to the glass to great you then follows u up n down the tank n ice one might try to do mine

thanks, yeah my bigger one always comes up to the tank and follows me whenver i come into the room (thats the one that i did it with) the other one is also a little scaredy cat, she's a little piggie but she wont even come out to eat unless im like five feet away from the tank so im gonna try to work on her next.

what do you feed them? live food should attract them and after awhile they'd all be rushing for it.

mine hand fed after the first day, i just dangled a raw prawn in front of him and away he went lol

welll there still small so i feed it bloodworms. but when they get bigger ill start feeding it guppies and shrimp
