Selling Corals

Ok so the last few weeks I started A coral breeding tank So far I have one that is ready for sale what I need to know is do I need a License to sell tank bred specimens. If I do were do I get the license. I'm in the United States.

At a guess I'd say that as a hobbyist you probably don't need one to sell them to lfs and at reef clubs, etc. You might if you ran an lfs though. Don't quote me on it though as I am only taking a wild stab in the dark at this, I'm not in America and aren't familiar with your laws in regards to livestock trade. Perhaps someone from America could enlighten you better.

As long as you are doing it from your home, no license is required.
