Seio Powerheads

For a 215l Tank do you think its best to have 1 Seio M820 Powerhead or pay an extra £10 and get 2x Seio M620 although there ia a trickle pipe at the top of the tank with another powerhead to carry the water to the filters in the hood.(Aquastyle 980)

With two it's easier to ensure there are no dead spots, also you can point them at each other to prevent any dead spots forming where flow doesn't move enough (causing detritus to build up).

Ive taken off my 2 m820s cos they were just too strong for some of the corals and now just have both my 620s running.

I have 3 620's + 5000lph return and the corals love it.

As andywg said minimise the deadspots by ensuring all of the tank as current in one way or another
