I have a small tank with gravel on the bottom and I'm having trouble getting the plants to plant into the bottom. They just won't stay and I end up having to replace them. As you can imagine, this is proving frustrating.
My method at the moment is to take the plant out of the small pot it comes in, leave a bit of the brown padding material around it, wrap some of the bendy metal weighted stuff round it and plonk it in the tank under some stones. This seems to stay for a few days, often up to a couple of weeks but then they will unattach themselves ( i'm not sure how ) and float to the top.
Anyone have any ideas on tips on how better to do this?
Thanks for your help.
Cheers
