Secondary Filter For Rio 240

Hi, Im looking for a second filter for my tank 240ltr do i have to get one to deal with its overall capacity or can i get one for a lower volume? i was thinking about a fluval 4 or a canister filter? Do i need another filter any way ? how do i know if one is required or just bennificial

i personaly aim for a water turn over of about twice an hou, if not more.... you cant realy over filter,

i have a filter that does 400 l/ph on a 200 l tank and i`m thinking of adding a second filter

and if you already have a filter that will deal with the tank on its own then a second filter doesn`t need to deal with it that much but it can`t hurt
