Am I correct in thinking there are no glue/sealants which can be used in a full aquarium with inhabitants which will bond 2 glass objects together?

What are you planning to bond together? Surely aquarium sealant would be fine as long as you glued it and left it 48hours before it came into contact with the aquarium water/inhabitants

Gold label aquarium silicone does. however it comes at a price

search for gold seal silicone on google.

I don't want the hassle of moving my inhabitants and plants over to a temporary tub if I can easily avoid it even if it costs a couple of pennies extra. I want to glue shot glass sized glasses to the front glass then cover them with the substrate to make caves for my frogs and khulis for them to viewed during the day. So Gold label can be used in an aquarium that is essentially fully running?

Main problem is the small one shot is only available in black time for some heavy googling me thunks for an alternative any sort of glue would be good as well.

Thanks that would be a big help :). The makers website says that the one shot only comes in black though but perhaps its a new product line that they haven't published on the web yet as the website didn't look particularly professional and only partially built in some areas.

Not sure if you're sorted now but in one of my topics another member recommended a product called CT1.

I've not tried it but from it's website ct1ltd.com it looked really good

No idea if it's safe to use with your fish in but I'm sure they'd tell you - they do advertise it for emergency underwater repairs in tanks etc as it sets under water. It says it's environmentally friendly, no solvents, non toxic etc and it comes in clear.

You'd have to look into it more but it might be a possibility

I am now in singapore and then on to live in thailand for 7 months so my tanks are under my friends responsibility i shall pass the info on to her but she is not a great lover of the sauce like me so may not try.
