they don't have seahorse traps, you simply go up and grab them by the tail and stick em in a bag of water. Keep them under water while you do it. They aren't exactly fast swimmers.
you u should go out and set some seahorse traps and sell em to the breeding project if they have seahorse traps.
Although, considering how poor the viz is off of Southend in the Thames Estuary, seeing them in the first place would be some achievement...
