in you opinion are a pair of seahorses fine in a 15g?

i dont wanna put you off but shouldn't you master the reef first? i have read that seahorses are a bit difficult to keep and quite demanding of your time. i would love to try them too but want to be sure i can manage, so i'm thinking maybe further down the line i will try them as my wife keeps asking if we can put them in our reef tank (i keep telling her no)

oh no, not yet  i dont even have the cash to complete my reef now.
it is possible in the future tho...

I would advise against, just because it is so difficult to look after them.

I used to look after a 10 gallon tank with an occasionally spawning pair of seahorses through work, they were healthy, but had been weaned onto frozen foods before the customer bought the fish and then they were fed 8-10 times per day or their health declined. The filtration/tank were modified considerably and there was *always* a PolyFilter in use.
