How much would I need for a 270l tank would the 250ml pack be sufficient ?

seems like plenty , according to the seachem website...

100ml is enough to effectively treat the average 100ga

in my search for crysatl clear water i have 2 externals running with 250 in one and 200 in the other, dont think you can really over use it to be honest.
