Sea Urchin

I just picked up a black sea urchin with white rings at the base of each spine. The spines are short, thick and smooth.

Anyone know which type this is? or any good websites on urchins?

I have one, which was sold to me as a black, short spined urchin. Not very informative I know. great little addition to the tank though - shame they only come out at the end of the day
