Scratches or Disease?

Do you know what this is?

It looks like screatches (against the gravel?) rather than a parasite...the fins are totally clean, so it is not ich, but could it be something related?

(the fish was moved recently, at least twice, the "scratches" appeared within the last two days; other khulis in the tank don't seem to have this problem at all)

Hard to tell but to be safe if you have a quarintine tank I would use it for a week or so. Could be scratches caused by the stress of moving and it trying to hide in too tight spaces.

Unf, no quarintine tank (cycle crashed, and I'm having problems restarting it).

I wonder if I should put a small dosage of some med just in case

I would not recomend small doses of meds, this can lead to resistant strains of diseases. Either use a full course or wait and see.
