Scats

I have been looking at these at a lfs and I know they are fairly aggressive. Just thinking about a new tank and making these the main occupants but have never heard anyone talk about them.....

The reason you dont here of many people keeping them is because they have needs that make them difficult for the average fish keeper to keep. They need to be kept in brackish water and have increasing ammounts of salt added as they grow until they eventually go into full marine strength water. Since there are many much more attractive marine species not many people bother to dedicate the rather large ammount of tank space they need to them.

A friend of mine had scats once, anti-biotics soon cleared it up though
