Scared fish after water change

Every time i do a water change for about 1 day after the fish #### emselves any time i go near the tank, so even feeding after they dont take it
Is this usual?

What kind of fish do you have and how big of a tank?
They might be getting nipped at by some other fish, or you may have introduced them to the new tank too fast? But it does take a bit of time for the fish to get used to feeding from you. I get my fish used to me feeding them by sprinkling the food in and leaving my hand above the water when the eat.

Do you de-chlorinate your water and check that it is of similar temperature to your tank water before you add it. If not your fish may see you as bringer of bad news. If you do, then i cant help. Or it could be you are a scary person

I have 4 barbs, 4 rainbowfish and 6 ruby nosed tetras in a 25UK G tank
I use a plastic syphon tube and its that that scares em I dont move around in the tank quickly

Some fish are just skittish - IMO it's nothing to worry about if everything else seems good.
