Saw A Plec At The Store Today

It was in the display tank. The guy that worked there said it was a "mega clown" but it's obviously not.

He was about 5-6 inches and solid yellow with large black spots. Like a giraffe almost but the spots were round. I've been on planetcatfish but I can't find anything that looks like him.

Anyone have any ideas? I'd like to find out more about him he was beautiful.

Only ones that spring to mind are leopard cactus plec, a strangely coloured sultan or a nicely coloured gibby.

Could it have been one of these guys am L075 Para Plec? They aren't all solid yellow, their colours seem to vary quite a lot. I can't think of any others that are yellow with big black spots?

It looks the most like the 006 except his body was solid banana yellow. There were just spots near the head and top of the body. The bottom half of the body was the banana color. Not as many spots as any of the fish shown.

I was at the store today I should have taken a picture!
I'll take one monday.
