i have a sand bace in my tank and it is sooooo hard to clean any one got any tips??

why are you finding it hard to clean? sorry if thats an odd quesiton but i find it much easier to clean tahn gravel...

Same here, sand is lots easier

i just find it sucks up all the sand and makes a mess

you needs to hover over the sand with the siphon, not go right into it....this way the dirt will be picked up cos it s lighter than the sand, but the sand will be left cos it's heavier. you might lose a bit of sand but not much.
