Sand Worm?

Hi,

Something has appeared in my tank and I don't know what it is so wondered if someone could advise please!

It's appeared on one of my pieces of LR, it goes down to the sand at the bottom and it look clear until it starts picking up pieces of sand and pushing them up his body - making himself look sand coloured.

What is this?! It looks like a sort of worm.....

How long is it, does it have spines, any definable head, how wide is it, and can you get a pic? There are LOTS of worm species in saltwater so ID'ing will be difficult with just that info

I'll try to get a picture. You can't really see a head, no spines. It's about 2mm wide and 2cm long.
