Hi there you kind people can someone give me any advise i set up a hospital tank and everything was fine water perfect and then i added sand and forgot to wash it and my water is now very cloudy have done a 50% water change since and will do this everyday but will this uncycle my tank? please help as i feel stuped thank you

No real problem, you wont need to recycle :) just keep up with the water changes and use fresh filter wool when needed.

For future refference, most experienced fish keepers wont use any substrate atall in a hospital tank, it makes keeping it clean alot easier :)

Thanks shall i still run my filter or turn it off i have nothing in tank

Thats up to you, bare in mind if you leave it off for too long the bacteria in it will die :) id suggest running it inside your established tank, alongside the main filter to keep it cycled.
