Saltwater Changeover?

I currently have a 14 gallon (63 litre) 2ft freshwater aquarium. i have enjoyed keeping this but always wanted a marine set-up.

i would like some adivce on
- the steps i need to take to carry out the change over
- the possible cost in th uk
- what i can get for the size of the tank............wanted 1 clown fish, 1 royal gramma, 1 flames angelfish and 1 cleaner shrimp + some rock but not too many? know this isnt possible in my tank but they were ideas

there is a subforum in the marine section called "Nano." this is for your tanksize as it will be a nano marine. Read the pinned topics in the subforum and this should give you a good overall idea of the steps you need to take and what you should expect

I guess I should mention too.... the dwarf angel needs atleast a 30G to live healthy for life and many believe a 20G is min for a clown as they can be pretty active.
