Salt

I have a new 56gal tank that I have just setup. I added my salt(Instant Ocean) to the tank but not all of it disolved there is this fine dusting in the bottom of my tank
how do I get ths to disolve.

My setup is
56gal
Eheim 2224 Filter
seaclone 100 Protien Skimmer
200watt sub heater

no fish,LR or LS yet

ok, from now on mix your salt and water in a bucket before adding it to the tank. As for now stick you hand in the tank and fan it back and forth until it is all gone.

I have Tried stirring it off and on for the last 4 Hours with know luck. I would have used a bucket but I figured that since I had nothing in the tank that It would be know problem I guess I was wrong.

It's actually fine since the tank is empty. I would add a powerhead to stir the water a little more.

Give a few days and it will go away.
Just add a powerhead like crazie.eddie said and you will be fine

I would get a powerhead too. or be lazy and mix up with my hand
