Salt Level With The Weekly Water Changes

I have fish that have a suggest: 1 tablespoon of salt for each 5 gallons.

Im curious when I do water changes (i take 5 gallons out of my 20g) so should i just add 1 tbs for that 5 i take out?

That's about it, and keep in mind that salt does not evaporate with water, so if 1 gallon has evaporated, and then you replace 5 gallons, you are adding salt for the 5 gallons and not the 6 that it takes to fill the tank.

Just out of curiosity which are these fish that need salt? Not the ones in your signature, surely?
