A few weeks ago one of my male bettas got over the divider in my 3g and fought with my other betta, the bettas were done fighting before I saw them so I seperated them and dosed them with salt. But I need to know if I should put salt in everyday or everyother day or what? Also I need to know if I need to do a water change every time I put a new dose of salt in?

I asked about this around 2 to 3 weeks ago but the mods never approved my topic so that I could get help. So can you all help me now if the mods approve this topic?

I use any aqua salt I find in shops. Mine is Supa Tonic Salt. Directions are: new tanks - one teaspoon to 18 litres of water.
Treatement of fungus etc. - one teaspoon to 5 litres of water and if necessary increase to 2 teaspoons per 5 litres on second day. Change the water every other day and check on water temps.

GUIDE 1 teaspoon approx 8g. 4.5 litres = 1 gallon. UK weights and measures.

Reading this I just put tiny amount dissolved in water - dont measure :hyper:
