would it not be possible to have the form, pre pasted (?) into any thread on the sales section? so it come up as you click "Start New Topic"?

I know we should not have to do it, but people seem to miss the form, and even ignore mod posts to do so. I'm trying to find a way that avoids deleting members posts.

It should be doable, It's only a form, sort of like the one you register to this site with, where you have to fill out the relevant criteria.

ok, is see. so it could also be made to only come up, when a new thread is started, and not on every post? (in theory. lol)

Yes, this is possible, but would take time and effort.
