Sailfin Plecostomus Help!

I think my albino sailfin plecostomus broke his pectoral fin bone at the joint. He got stuck in a aquarium ornament cave thing and was really jammed into it and I think he broke his pectoral fin when I was trying to get him unstuck. I posted a picture, I don't know which one is supposed to look normal but they are positioned differently and I think the left one has been broken because when he tries to move it, instead of moving out/away from his body, it moves forward. Is there anything I can do to make him more comfortable?

Not a lot you can do really if it is broken. The only thing I would suggest is put him into a bare tank, no ornaments or anything and have the water level lower than normal so he really only stays on the bottom, hopefully I should heal in about the right place
