are these both SAE?

CAE.jpg

The first ones a pencilfish of some kind, and the second I'm not sure about because I can't see its mouth very clearly. If the mouth is pointing downwards then yes, it couls be an SAE.

Are they different fishes or the same? The second fish swims at which level of the tank: top, middle, or bottom?

The fish on the second photo looks like:
lGyrinocheilus aymonieri
SUCKING LOACH
size: Up to 10 inches
usually much smaller

position: all, but not in open water.
pH: 6.5 to 8.0
temperature: 75º to 78º f

Community fish: Yes
Diet: Algae, algae wafers, sinking pellet food and frozen spinach
Temperament: Community fish
Comments: Althought this fish is very popular, as it grows it can turn out to be quite aggressive to some other fish, I have seen on many occasions one of these fellas stuck to the sides of some other large fish feeding off their slime coating, and become very territorial
Can't really tell what the fish in the first picture is as I can't see the mouthparts.
I can tell you it does not look like a pencilfish, but it does look like it is part of the loach family.
