Sad Day! :( Lost All My New Swordtail Fry...

I have seen tons of baby guppies being born so i was overjoyed when my swordtail had about 12 little fry.
I came in today and found that my stupid danio had managed to get into the small floating tank that they were in and must have ate them all!
I was so mad...i had the stupid thing covered too so i dont know if he got in while they were being fed and didn't notice or what....
*sigh* will have to wait, and hopefully they have more

Bad news, but it is all part of a learning curve. If these things didn't happen then you wouldn't learn.

Sorry to hear that. I have a vicous zebra who killed my (adult) platies by beating them around the tank. I am down to my last one, floating above the tank. I hope he makes it.

Danios are very smart. I had a hole about one inch wide in a bag and one of my danio got out while his stupid friend tried to eat little fry i put in while still in the bag
