my betta is looking really unhappy hes in a 4ft tank on his own i know this is stupid but he was getting beaten up by the females in the other tank yes i know im an idiot for putting him with females but i didnt know this b4 so dnt flame me should i put him in a smaller tank on my desk so he can have some company coz i think its coz hes bored?

Well, a 4 ft tank is pretty big for a betta. Maybe put him in a smaller tank, like 5 or 10 gallon with some Indian Almond Leaves or Blackwater Extract and that might make him a bit more comfy.

not necessarily better, because if he feels the need to patrol that whole tank, he will quickly tire himself out!

Split the tank a couple times and give him neighbors! My bettas LOVE neighbors!!!
