rummynose tetra

hi i was wondering how what u all think about rummynose tetras are they easey and that type of stuff ect.... i got 8 the other day and 3 have died what is goin on im not sure what kind of water and stuff do they need. my ph is 6.5 temp 78 tds is 140.

yes its cycled i have 3 upside down cat fish and 7 neons that lived great for months and they are still fine
