Rummy Noses

In Rummy nose owners option, where do they spend most of the time: lower half, middle, or upper half of the tank. I've read that the middle which is very basic. I'm thinking about getting a little group, but I would like more lower/middle fish. Your help would be appreciated.

Im a noob, but I have some of these little fellows

Deffinatley bottom to middle.... and mine have very very glowing red faces which apparently means that they are happy

haha.
