have anyone experienced this before?
i just got 9 rummy nose tetra about 2 days ago and they are all doing fine and have soild colours.
-my tank is 30gal that is slightly planted.
-my water is soft - hard and a bit acidid
-i have 3 guppies, around 12 cherry shrimps and 6 amano shrimps
So yah, these rummy nose that i got get really stressful and also jolt around aimlessly around the tank (sometimes hitting the glass) when i turn off the lights at night. ATM i am putting an extra light that lights up 1/4 of the tank and they seem to just crowd around that lighted area.
I dunno if the LFS that i got these tetra at closes their lights at all at night. so maybe that can be a factor to this stressful behaviour?
If anyone has experience with this, ummm how can i solve it? cuz i already had 2 died, leaving me with 9 atm
ALSO
There is this one rummy nose that looks kinda of off....it has this grayish thingy inside of it ...i never seen it before so if anyone is also experienced with this can u tell me what it is and if its harmful to my rummy nose and the other ones?
picture below
Heres a picture of my tank for a better understanding
For other info just ask
