Hello~
I have a rubber eel in a 29gal (US) tank with a gourami that is sick. I was told in "Betas and Gouramis" that I should use salt to treat my sick fishy, but no one knew if the salt would hurt my eel. I dont have a hospital tank and Im too broke to get one. If I were to treat with salt, would it affect my eel in a bad way? Im assuming it does right now and have not treated yet, but my poor fish is getting worse by the day so Id like to do something soon. Will salt hurt Ely?
