Now i have a question..he has become more agressive towards my Tiger barbs...I've noticed this especially around feeding ..I was wondering if RTB's become meaner with age...I think i read some where that there agression level rises as they get bigger...Is this ture..?

Thnx for the help

In general, most Labeos's get more territorial/cranky/bad tempered with age. I doubt Tiger Barbs would be unduly bothered by his antics.

He's almost 3.5"....He only gets agressive during feeding...hes calm and peaceful during all other times...but he goes nuts at feeding...I would say that my barbs can take it....but....he sometimes chases them to the point where they all just hang in a corner...but i found tha i changed my feeding habits and hes calmed quite a bit...

Thnx for the replies guys :D

In my 28g (see sig), I've got a RTBS. Most of the time everything's OK, but occassionally the Red Tail goes on one and chases the Barbs all over the place.

I think it's the Red Tails way of saying 'I'm boss, and don't forget it :flex: '

Everyone knows whos boss.... :p ....but like i said it was only with the barbs...My pictus are bigger than him and i have never seen a flash of agression together...they hide in the same cave..almost on top of each other...and my keyhole.....
