Rsm Heater Dead After Just 2 Days!

Hi

Just noticed that the RSM heater is no longer working. I think it's calibration has gone haywire. It won't come on when it should and then doesn't go off when it should... I've emailed Interpet but I don't expect a reply any time soon from them.

Or should the place where I bought it from on Thursday supply a new heater?

Is there anywhere in the UK that sells the proper RSM heater? I know I can use other heaters, but I want to plug it in the the RSM power management unit, so I'd prefer a real RSM one.

I would try to return it to the store, you may be able to exchange it for a new one.
