Royal pleco

Just got it today and its only about two inches long, This is not a great shot but ill take some better ones when i have time to stalk the tank until he come out

Gotta love royal plecs. Can't wait to see mine as an adult. I've only ever seen one adult one, and that was selling for over £100 in the UK!!!

they look so cool and out of proportion when they are that size

most 'specialist' plecs sell for a good sum as they get bigger. our sunshine plec sells for about £150 at any more that 7" - the local shop had 2 at about 4" for £65 each

we got ours for a bargin compared to that

Thanks for your nice comments guys, He cost me 44 euro and the shop where i bought it is a great shop they also have fully grown royals and there selling at 180 euro. I also bought 3 5-6 inch Clowns loaches and at the moment they are doing a deal when you buy two of the same species you get a third one free, the XL clowns are normally 45 euro each but i got three for 90 euro, i think thats a bargin. Ill post some pictures in a while.

Very nice Royal, I would get one in a second and they are only 20 bucks (US) in a couple of LFS I visit, good price huh , but no room .
