i was sorta thinking a melanchromis johanni but i could get a lot of info on it
can anyone tell me about the johanni and/or the cyaneorhabdos

It sounds like it will be a nice, if aggressive, tank.

Just make sure you add the petricola at a more adult size, they grow slower then mbuna. If you can only get them as juveniles perhaps you can grow them out first. I'd say you'd have room for half a dozen in the 90, the more the merrier with schooling fish.

For the fish you are referring too, Melanochromis cyaneorhabdos and Melanochromis Johanni would fit the bill, the Johanni being the darker and generally easier to find of the two. Keep in mind these fish are yellow as juveniles, and only the males turn blue. Either would work in this setup.
