Rotkeil Severum Sex?

Hi guys, was wondering if anyone knew what sex this guy is? Im thinking female due to lack of squiggles but im no severum expert.It's fins are a bit chewwed up cause my BP pair was bullying it in my 75 gal so I put it in this 29Gal about a week ago to recover. Had it about 2 years now, got it around 3", now it's about 5.5". When its fully recovered im gonna either rehome it or possibly get a new tank(probably 75gal) and look for a mate for it. Thanks!!

BTW, any tips on rooting plastic plants so they are severum proof?

I think its female as well nice pointy face and lack of thickening of the forehead along with the lack of squggles and not particularly pointy fins. Very pretty

PS unless its tied to a rock or wood its not Severum proof I am afraid lol....

Cool thank you. It's colors were very dull when i put her in this tank a little less than a week ago and they are already improving dramatically! Just yesterday I noticed her dorsal fin has almost a rainbow like pattern to it. Ive been feeding her frozen blood worm and New Life Spectrum cichlid pellets but should I start feeding some plant matter too? like anacharis maybe? She seems to really like her reflection...and her heater, she goes up to it and flares her dorsal fins like in picture 2. Strongley considering looking for a male and a bigger tank now...
