Rosy Barbs

How do i go about breeding my rosy barbs? i have one male and one female... would it be best to get another female? thanks

I've got 3 Rosy Barbs, 1 male and 2 females.
They often display to each other and get amorous,
but I've never seen evidence of spawning - though
to be honest in my tanks eggs wouldn't last long anyway.

But yes - definitely a ratio of 1 M to 2 F !
