is it ok to wash the rocks i had in my tank in bleach they are badly starting to turn green with alage , does ocean rock get bad with alage

Yes to bleach but make sure you rinse them off very well afterwards, ie. hose in a bucket job and use extra dechlorinator when putting them back in a tank
