Rexford 96l - lighting??

Hi guys!

its my first time of posting in this section so please excuse me if i say anything daft!

I have a couple of rexford 96l tanks and i think the times coming to change the light strip/bulb on one... i went to my lfs to have a look at what was around and they didnt have much choice but then again all this lighting stuff is a little confusing ) i've read on here that the juwel lighting isnt brillant and i do have live plants so i'd like if possible to go a little better.

At the moment each tank only have the one strip and depending on price and how easy it is to do i would think about adding a second tube.... if anyone has experience of the juwel system then any help would be much apreciated....mostly im looking for link/tips on which make is best to go for, where i can get them (websites etc)and how i make sure that they are the right size....

not sure of the hood layout of the 96. i think it's the same as the 70 (on the link) if not send me a pic of the underside of your lid and i'll steer you in the right direction.

thanks! great link, definately something to look into would you recommend a particular bulb that would be better than the usual juwel ones that come which the set up?
