Your welcome but in general i do like live plants and love seeing members tanks with them, when i tried omg it messed the waters up, then dead leaves floating took me ages to clear the mess and i thought never again.

Hey uh, what are those redish/purple stem plants in the back? They're really pretty, would like to learn more about them

It brings so much joy to watch them swim around, and isn't it peace bringing watching those little gems scuttling about? It's nice to take care of things that also fulfill your needs, little majestic idiots.

Heya! they are Ludwigia Repens! they grow fast and start out green, slowly turning red over time, super easy to propagate too, the only thing I'll warn you about (aside from its massive growth rate) is that they will start growing roots along the stems if you're giving them too much light and nutrients so you'll have to maintain them well (I like the stem side roots in my mangrove tanks though)

Your honey gourami is beautiful! They are one of my favorite fish to keep.

They have quickly become my absolute favorite! I love the yellow sunsets and the wild types so dearly, I hope we can add some more detailed care info about these little gems here because I find the info online to be lacking for sure
