i got a pleco hes about 1.5" long a small one hes in my 25g tank and yes i know he will grow far to big for my tank but i desperatly needed a sucker and when he gets big enough i plan to trade him in approx how long will it take him to out grow my tank and how big will he be

That really all depends on what he eats, water conditions and what kind of pleco he is.....a common pleco, in my experience, could out-grow a 25 gallon within a year, if fed properly and has good water conditions.....I think you will be fine until he gets to around 7-8"....then it is time for a trade

p.s. that is if you don't mind having a monster in the tank..... :p
Thats a good way of putting it my common pleco I had before I moved him back to the LFS used to knock all the decorations in the tank over, and did monster poops too

I moved him at 10 inches but now when I go an see him his nearly double that size
